Calculated Estimation of Relative Permittivity of Conductive Non-Magnetic Materials under the Action of Alternating Current

The results are given of approximate calculations the relative permittivity εr conductive unmagnetic materials (metals and alloys) for a special case when conductivity displacement currents equal in homogeneous medium. above mentioned widely used electric power engineering high-voltage pulse conditions alternating (pulse) electromagnetic fields (EMFs) with different peak-temporal parameters acting on them. It is demonstrated that studied examined low frequencies f0 current EMF (at about 102 Hz) within range very long waves (EW) characterized by high values electrophysical parameter (about 1015). For EMFs 51013 from infrared radiation indicated conducting order (102–104) according to electro-physical they will approach solid dielectrics ferroelectrics.
